Alex W. Chan CA, CPA (Illinois), CGA
Alex has more than 10 years of working experiences in both regional and local CA firms before opening his own practice in the early nineties. In addition to the auditing and accounting services, Alex has also extensive experienced in tax planning and involved in a wide range of different services including business strategy & advice, corporate financing, estate & succession planning, financial forecasts, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, reorganization & restructuring.
Franco Chang BAS (Honours), CGA
Franco started working at Choong & Associates in 1998. He has extensive experience with small business throughout his career. He has helped over hundreds of our owner-managed clients to incorporate, automate the bookkeeping system, compile annual financial statements and tax minimization planning. In addition to the accounting, auditing and taxation function, his other specialized areas include small business advisory and accounting software training.
Kwok K. Choong BBA, MBA, CMA, CA
KK worked at KPMG Chartered Accountants and a local CA firm for more than six years before he started his own practice. With over 20 years of public accounting practice experience, he is very familiar with the day-to-day issues facing small and mid-size businesses and has a number of unique solutions for you. He practices primarily in the areas of auditing, taxation and accounting to serve different types of industries including numerous clients of health professionals, IT consultants, retails and manufacturing.
Henry L. Kung CA
After attaining his Chartered Accountant designation, Henry spent 3 ˝ year in a company comprised of a conglomeration of various industries. His position of chief accountant included dealing with external parties. In his more then 40 years in public accounting practice, he has developed an extensive network with other practitioners as well as mutual assistance with partners of national firms. In addition to meeting all the clients’ requirements as provided by all accounting firms, he assisted his clients in problem prevention, improve corporate policies, financing and refinancing, re-organization, estate and tax planning etc. through his “open door and client first philosophy”
